The apartment: The apartment is a 2-bedroom basement unit of a renovated row house located in the Columbia Heights neighborhood near U St. with a spacious kitchen, fully furnished living and dining space, WiFi, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, central heat and air, and in-unit washer/dryer.
The apartment is a short walk from the Green Line, Red Line and various bus routes, grocery stores (Target, Lidl, Streets Market and Trader Joe’s), coffee shops and restaurants on U St NW, and a 10 minute walk to Adams Morgan Neighborhood. Zone 1 street parking and secure bike storage space are available.
The room and potential roommate: I am seeking a CM to rent the second bedroom. Rent is $1,000/month, plus utilities (even split of rent and utilities). The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment and very quiet.
I am vaccinated and boosted, and looking for a roommate who is as well. No smoking and no pets.
