A little about me, I am in my early 30s, a software engineer who works from home and I bought a new construction townhouse. I go to a local church, volunteer as worship leader and group leader at Bible Study Fellowship, and like to start my own bible study group. We have two cats, so looking for cat friendly folks, but unable to have additional pets.
The 3 furnished rooms for rent are gorgeous!!! The smallest one is 95 sqft at $950 plus utilities with a private bath and the second room next to it is 116 sqft at $1,160 plus utilities. The largest one is in fact a whole floor, which includes private bath, a workout area, and an open-air balcony. 175 sqft offered at $1,750 plus utilities. Unfurnished options are possible for a lower rent.
There is one other roommate and all house members share utilities, cleaning responsibilities and the purchase of house hold goods.
My heart is to build a Christian community; where the common areas are a flexible place to hang, hold small groups, Bible studies, get-togethers, prayer meetings, dinners with neighbors, and have board game nights.
