Discipleship Group (D-group) Leader

Need: We are currently recruiting D-Group leaders for fall 2022. We need at least 12 new D-Group leaders: 6 new female leaders and 6 new male leaders. Please prayerfully consider serving alongside our team and investing in the youth of our church family. Email Mitch Nordstrom ([email protected]) if you are interested.

Description: Pick a time that’s best for you and other leaders (many groups meet 5–7pm every other Sunday) to spend quality time with students twice a month eating dinner, playing games, and reading Scripture. Think of D-groups as a Community Group for students that are age- and gender-specific. Outside of the time you spend in D-Group, we hope you will develop long-lasting relationships with 2–3 students through regular (weekly/bi-weekly) discipleship. This can look like time spent via calls, texts, coffee, sports, etc. with the student, alongside intentional discussions about faith.
